I picked up a deal on Friday because a California lender could not get docs to title on time. I took the loan app on Saturday and emailed it to the borrower. We did not receive the signed app back from the borrower until 2 p.m. today, and we began processing it right away. Instructions were sent to title at 5 p.m. and closing docs will be delivered tomorrow morning, closing on Wednesday.
All of this was accomplished with an out-of-town buyer and a property and title company located out of town. None of this would have happened without the great support and personnel that I have here at WR Starkey Mortgage. It’s all about the teamwork.
